Live painting, Glaive, The Crocodile
There are a handful of artists in this lifetime that'd I'd enjoy doing live paintings for. Music and my art go hand and hand, almost always a song is playing or has inspired the way a piece kicks off. Being in the performance atmosphere with the musician and crowd creates a different type of thrill behind the drawing/painting. It has to be done by the end, it has to look good, and I get to translate all I heard, felt and saw from load in to people screaming for an encore. I smile knowing this is something I'm able to record in time on an un stretched piece of canvas for the artist, crowd and myself.
The dream live paint sesh currently would be alongside Cage The Elephant or 2hollis.
My two favorites artists to work with so far have been Glaive and Loopy.
