999 was the choice to end an era while practicing the process of beginning a new one. After a year of drawing I decided to get the title tattooed on my chest. Created intricately from all angles, collections of old journals, song lyrics, and childhood memories gave life to the ink full stories both imaginative and real. 

 

The original piece, drawn on cardboard, has detailing from a .005 Micron pen so small you’d need a magnifying glass to see. The picture above is a scan enlarged to it's maximum capacity before quality becomes disrupted.
